The open-plan living area features a colorful mural, central A/C and heat, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, coffee, and tea provided. Your stay includes one dedicated parking spot in the building's secure parking structure. A parking fob will be provided for access.

* Noise Level: The loft is located directly above bars and restaurants in a very lively area. Live bands may play below, and it can get noisy, especially on weekends. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the ideal space for you.
* Loft & Ladder Safety: The upstairs loft area has a 6-foot high ceiling. Guests over 6' tall will not be able to stand up straight. The ladder must be used to access this space; please be extremely careful when climbing. We are not liable for any injuries.
* Flooring: The floors have a unique, bare cement finish. This can sometimes leave temporary marks on bare feet or light-colored socks. We assure you the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.
* Parking: The provided parking fob is for one car in your dedicated spot only. Any additional vehicles must pay for parking at the structure's public rates.
